Ryan Air

NEVER,EVER fly Ryan Air!! We flew from Madrid to Bologna, Italy and then from Rome to Malaga, Spain. We encountered nothing but nightmares! The counter staff was rude in each site. They flight attendants were too busy looking at their inventory on the plane to bother to look up and welcome you on board. They charged my boyfriend and I 70 euros each for boarding passes - CRIMINAL! We knew about the luggage charges! They had two counter representatives in Rome for appx. 50 people in line to board flights. Cattle call for boarding everyone! Awful
