I flew 16 legs with West Jet in the last 3 months which should show you taht we LOVE this Airline. However..... last Easter Sunday 31st of march I came in flight 1740 from Calgary to Plam Springs and the pilot had 2 missed approaches because of wind

NEVER,EVER fly Ryan Air!! We flew from Madrid to Bologna, Italy and then from Rome to Malaga, Spain. We encountered nothing but nightmares! The counter staff was rude in each site. They flight attendants were too busy looking at their inventory...
